Sports Travel International, in conjunction with our partners at Sports Tours International, are the only tour operator with partnerships with the 3 Grand Tours and the 5 Monuments of cycling. We are proud to offer a huge selection of VIP and hospitality packages. Enjoy the biggest cycling events on the UCI calendar in style and comfort!
Our cycling hospitality season starts in Flanders at the traditional season opener, de Omloop het Nieuwblad. We then move to Italy for the most southern northern classic; the Strade Bianche. The first multi-day tours are Paris-Nice and the Tirreno Adriatico. Here we offer hospitality on every stage. The first of the 5 Monuments is also in Italy at Milan Sanremo. We then move back up north to Gent Wevelgem, Dwars door Vlaanderen and the second Monument, the Tour of Flanders.
The entire month of April is a succession of top cycling events. The sprinter’s classic Scheldeprijs takes place mid-week between Flanders and Paris-Roubaix. After Paris-Roubaix we see the Brabantse Pijl mid-week before the Amstel Gold Race in Holland. The Ardennes Classics then come thick and fast with the Fleche Wallonne on the Wednesday before Liege Bastogne Liege.
After a visit to the UK and the Tour de Yorkshire, it’s over to Italy and the first Grand Tour of the year, the Giro d’Italia. At the Giro, you can enjoy start and finish hospitality on every stage as well as a day on the course in a Giro race car and much more.
The traditional warm up before the Tour de France is the Criterium du Dauphine in June. It’s like the Tour but without all the crowds! The Tour de France starts in Copenhagen in July. Enjoy VIP access at the start, the finish, mid-stage or a day in a Tour car or a helicopter experience! The hospitality experiences in Paris on the Champs Elysees are extra special.
After the Tour de France, there is a short wait for the final Grand Tour of the year, the Vuelta a Espana. On the Vuelta we also offer VIP experiences on every single stage and a Great Finale in Madrid.
In autumn we’re back in Italy with the Gran Piemonte, Milano-Torino and finally the race of the falling leaves, Il Lombardia.
Our favourite track cycling event of the year is in November where we close of the year in Gent in ‘t Kuipke for the Gent 6 track cycling meet. We offer standard tickets on all nights as well as great VIP Cafe hospitality.
