“Swim 2.4 miles! Bike 112 miles! Run 26.2 miles! Brag for the rest of your life!” Was how the newspapers described the first ever IRONMAN Race. It was held on the island of Oahu, Hawai’i, in 1978. For over 40 years since then, triathletes have been swimming, biking and running their way to red carpet glory all over the world. Now, for those lucky enough to qualify or secure a place; Hawaii, the island home of triathlon, and the IRONMAN World Championship, awaits for what will no doubt be one of the most incredible, and unforgettable, race of their lives. The IRONMAN World Championship 2020 was postponed to Feb 6th 2021, but you can still travel to the IRONMAN World Championship with us in 2021! New, with Sports Travel International for 2020/21!
