Today is about getting you to Ghent via your preferred method, You can make your own way by car or air. If you have booked bike rental with us then it will be available today.

Flying in to Brussels? We offer airport transfers at 35€ per person for one way and 70€ return

If you want to come and join via Brussels International airport (BRU, not Brussels South/Charleroi), we will be running airport transfers to our hotel in Ghent. Tell us of your flight details at the time of booking and we will collect you from Brussels airport at either 11.00* or at 16.00*. Airport transfers for flights after 16:00 cannot be accommodated.
We will run 1 departure transfer which will arrive at Brussels International airport at 08.00* for flights after 10.00* and another to arrive at 10.00 for flights that depart after 12.00* so please book flights to fit with these transfer times.

Driving yourself to Ghent or taking the train?

If you make your own way to Ghent and come and meet us at the hotel, then please let us know in advance. We will still provide your entry on arrival and we will still be able to provide transfers on Sportive day and Pro race day. NH Belfort has underground parking, subject to availability, but cannot be pre-booked. There is also a public car park “Vrijdagsmarkt” about 5 minutes walk from our hotels.

The longer distance sportive will start from Bruges. The 3 shorter distances start in Oudenaarde. All sportives finish in Oudenaarde.

In the morning after an early breakfast we offer transport with specialised bike trailers to transport you and your bike safely to Oudenaarde and Bruges for the start of the Tour of Flanders sportives. Those who take part in the longer event will be taken to the start of the race which is in Bruges. The other 3 distances will start from Oudenaarde. At the finish we will be waiting for you with a well-deserved complimentary drink and sandwich and you and your bike will be transported back to Ghent in order of finish times.

Our transport to the start of the long distance event in Bruges is available today for a round trip. Transport to and from Oudenaarde is included with your trip.

Today is the day of the 2023 Tour of Flanders Professional race.
We offer 3 options today:

1. You can come straight to Oudenaarde with us from Ghent and stay there for a full schedule of events including the women’s race start and finish, a few passages of the women and men plus of course the finish of the men’s race. If you want to come with us to Oudenaarde then you have an hour longer in bed as we will leave at 09.00.

Option 1 – Ghent to Oudenaarde

For those who wish to leave a bit later and don’t want to see the start, we will set off a bit later to get to Oudenaarde for a full programme of race day activities.

1. Ghent to Oudenaarde – Collection from Ghent at approximately 09.00
2. Oudenaarde to Ghent at the end of the day – Collection at 18.30

In  Oudenaarde there will be large TV screens, plentiful food, a bar, everything you need for a day at the bike races. There will also be a free shuttle to the Oude Kwaremont which runs until 12.30 where you will be able to see the riders of the men’s race come past 3 times. You will also get the chance to see the women’s 2023 Tour of Flanders.

Oudenaarde Itinerary

• 11.00: start of Tour of Flanders for women in the Oudenaarde marketplace
• 12.25: Passage women on the Wolvenberg
• 12.30: Passage Tour of Flanders men at the market in Oudenaarde
• 13.10: Passage Eikenberg and Wolvenberg
• 13.15: Passage cobblestone zone Ruiterstraat/Kerkgate
• 14.45: Finish women at Minderbroedersstraat in Oudenaarde
• 15.10: Passage men Koppenberg
• 16.10: Finish men at Minderbroedersstraat in Oudenaarde

Please check out of the hotel and make your own onward travel arrangements or make use of our airport transfer. Spring Classics Tour
