The Valancia Marathon is held annually in Valencia, Spain, which offers an entirely flat route and a perfect running temperature in December. This, coupled with the most incomparable settings makes Valencia one of the most notable events in the national calendar. The route is mainly suburban, avoiding the city, but with a breath-takingly scenic stretch along the coast. Iconic sites throughout the route includes the Jardin del Turia, Mercado de Colon and Palua de la Musica, finishing at the stunning Museo de las Ciencias Principe Felipe.
